My name is Karl M. Kirschling.

I have over 70 homes of new construction experience and years of remodeling experience. 

I have built most of my homes and recent remodels through the WI Focus on Energy Division of Energy Star.  

Each project I apply the knowledge I have learned from the previous projects as well as Focus On Energy’s state wide testing. 

One of my recent homes tested in the top 5% on air infiltration tightness compared to all 2010 Energy Star Homes built in the entire state. 

I can bid your plan or help you to design the perfect layout for your family. 

I will guide you through the turbulent market to a happy well built home on time & on budget.

 

I grew up in the Astor Park neighborhood in an 1893 Queen Anne Victorian Home, which was under constant remodel. 

From that begining I have worked on many 100 year and older buildings over the years.

Many of  my best contracting lessons I apply to the construction of  new homes came from restoring old homes.

I have been working varied construction related jobs from my families homestead to the present of over 30 years.

This experienced point of view from Painting to Project Management and all jobs in between comes together to form a well rounded knowledge of the building industry that is difficult to find at any price.

My organizational experience together with the latest job management software can be applied to your project to make it enjoyable to build your new home.

With over a million dollars in gross sales in my first year… and the management of over 70 homes during construction;

I now enjoy building homes in a one on one team approach with each family.
