I accept that my role as builder is to collect, organize and distribute this information to you in time to do your portion of the project right the first time.
This webpage will be THE source of answers for all those involved in any K. Kirschling project

ANNOUNCEMENT
I will be developing the Subcontractor area into it’s own website within my main website.
This area will become a single source of all info needed to bid and perform jobs for the subs.
Blueprints, cabinet plans, individual trade specification, maps and any required forms.
Each Job will have it’s own password that will appear in the subject line of the group email you will receive.
Enter this password and you will have access to all key job information to do your job right the first time.
Please let me know what information you would like to see added to assist you to do your job better.
THREE MAIN QUALITIES I LOOK FOR IN SUBCONTRACTORS:
- Honesty: Without it we can’t even start to work… honesty even when it hurts.
- Self Policing Quality: You know your trade, are YOU proud of your work?
- Teamwork: Don’t screw the subs that come after you to save 10 minutes!

Please remember that when you send me a bid I keep a copy and the customer gets a copy.
Emailed bids are great!
DO NOT type your bids directly as an email this doesn’t print well.
Letterhead is REQUIRED for all bids and it makes you look the best with the customer.
Please type your bid on letterhead or any other form you have.
Include the date, customers name, details of your work & price.
First Choice: Is save the letterhead or form as a PDF file, attach it to an email & send.
This way I have a nice copy that explains what you will do for the customer and makes your company look good!
Second Choice: I am still accepting Faxed bids! - As long as they are on letterhead!

Please help me find leads for custom building, finished basements, large remodeling and flip houses and I will pay you $500 cash for the lead at the signing of the contract.
I will also pay out $1, 000 CASH to the individual that brings a lead for a custom Showcase home. Paid out the day the contact is signed.
It is that simple.
When I have work we all have work and you get cash for being the hero that found the whole team more work.
