- Honesty: Without it we can’t even start to work… honesty even when it hurts.
- Self Policing Quality: You know your trade, are YOU proud of your work?
- Teamwork: Don’t screw the subs that come after you to save 10 minutes!

Please remember that when you send me a bid I keep a copy and the customer gets a copy.
DO NOT type your bids directly into an email this does not print & look well for you.
Letterhead is REQUIRED for all bids and it creates the most professional image for you with the customer.
Please type your bid on letterhead or any other form you may already have.
Include the date, customers name, details of your work & price.
1st Choice: Is to save the letterhead or form as a PDF file, attach it to an email & send.
I have a nice copy that explains what you will do for the customer and it makes your company look great!

All Subcontractor Billings Must:
… be recieved by the 7th of the following month. Checks are usually recieved by the 3rd week of the month.
… the customers name and address with a discription of the completed work for the previous month.
… a signed Partial or Full Lien Waiver form with the customers name and job site address.
